The Learning and Innovation Manager will lead and deliver key components of Climate Catalyst’s new clean air initiative, collaborating with cities and civil society organizations worldwide.

Remote Learning and Innovation Manager
Responsibilities
- Needs Assessment: Conduct a global needs assessment across 14 cities to understand the knowledge sharing and movement-building needs of civil society organizations.
- Pilot Program & Training: Pilot a movement-building project in two cities and co-design a practical, replicable training package.
- Community of Practice: Deliver a community of practice to promote thematic and cross-regional knowledge sharing among peer organizations.
- Impact Measurement: Support impact measurement and ensure that insights are systematically captured and applied to drive continuous improvement.
